How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay when your furniture arrives and is assembled — no online payment, no card needed.

How long does delivery take?
Typically within 3 working days of confirming your order.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver free to London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol, Cardiff, Newcastle and surrounding areas. Message us on WhatsApp with your postcode and we'll confirm in minutes.

What if it doesn't fit my room?
Please measure before ordering — each product page lists exact dimensions. Unsure? Send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we'll check for you.

Can I customise a wardrobe?
Yes — extra doors, mirrors, drawers, shelves and dividers are available. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we'll price it instantly.

What if something's wrong with my furniture?
You inspect everything at delivery, before paying. If anything's faulty or not as ordered, tell our delivery team on the spot and we'll put it right — or you simply don't accept it. Issues must be raised at delivery; after you've checked, approved, and paid, the sale is final. Please check thoroughly before our team leaves.

Are the colours accurate?
We work hard to show true colours, but screens vary slightly. Want certainty? Ask us for extra photos on WhatsApp.
