Delivery

We deliver across most of the UK. Delivery is arranged after you place your order — typically within 3 working days.

Every Wrenly order includes free home assembly: our delivery team brings your furniture into your room of choice and builds it for you on the spot, at no extra cost. There's nothing for you to unpack or assemble.

Payment

We currently offer Cash on Delivery. You pay in cash when your furniture arrives and is assembled in your home — no online payment needed, no card required.

Before you order

Please measure your space carefully before ordering, including doorways and stairs on the route to your room. If you're unsure whether an item will fit, message us on WhatsApp — we're happy to help you check.

Returns & Issues

If your furniture arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell our delivery team on the spot or contact us within 48 hours and we'll put it right — repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

As our furniture is delivered and assembled in your home, please check everything is as expected before our team leaves. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to goods that are as described and of satisfactory quality — if something's wrong, we'll fix it.
