We deliver free of charge to London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol, Cardiff, Newcastle — and surrounding areas along our established delivery routes.

Every order includes free home assembly — our team delivers your furniture and builds it for you on the spot.

Inspect before you pay

With cash on delivery, you're in control: our team assembles your furniture in your home, and you inspect everything before paying. Check the finish, the doors, the drawers, the mirrors — take your time. You only pay when you're satisfied.

Because of this, all issues must be raised at the time of delivery, while our team is with you. If anything is faulty or not as ordered, tell the team on the spot and we'll resolve it — repair, replacement, or you simply don't accept the item.

Once you've inspected the furniture, confirmed you're happy, and paid, the sale is complete. We don't offer change-of-mind returns or refunds after delivery, so please check everything carefully before our team leaves — and measure your space before ordering.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected.
